Contra Costa auto service

This shop was recommended by my neighbor to me, which is mechanically inclined as well. I took it in and they did a diagnostic test on my truck. Found out what was wrong with it and that this was part of my dealers powertrain warranty. Point is this place is not looking to get over on you and tell you that you need to replace things that don't need replacing. I will bring my other vehicles here in the future. Dan and Alex are who helped me.

Dan was super helpful with the inspection he did on my vehicle. He answered every question I had and was very honest and trustworthy. I would let him work on my car anytime.

Excellent and speedy service! It's a huge relief to feel like I am able to trust a car shop to be honest and forthcoming when it comes to my car. That sort of experience seems to be hard to find these days.

This review is a couple weeks late, i went to the shop for some noises my car was making. They drove it and looked up the hood to find a issue with my transmission. They worked hard and consistently with my warranty to get it replaced. The process was gruelling between the warranty inspector and the approval but they stayed on it. Told me not worry. They lifted that burden off. They let me know through the whole process of when they ordered. When they got the part and the second it was complete so i could get my baby back. They even called the rental company to explain what was going on about time frame i might need the rental. Which helped. I appreciate these guys. AWESOME communication and customer service. Ever need a good shop? This is the place. Thank you!
