Where do I begin. Let me start by saying Alex is the most amazing rep EVER!! He went above and beyond for me! When it comes down to dealing with warranty company he is your guy! They did a complete gasket replacement and did a beautiful job! I definitely would recommend this shop!! Thanks Again Alex!

Listen I am always iffy about this rating thing because I worry that it is friends or family rating a place good but this is my experience with the place my Engine light went on and the place I took it to didn't have time to work on it so they recommend this place. Now keep in mind that I live over an hour away from where I'm at and had slept in my car and just got off work so I don't exactly smell the greatest but after explaining my problem they checked it within the hour and then started working on it. While they did that they had no problem letting me nap and even dropped me off at Chili's down the street and offered to pick me up from it later on. Keith thank you for helping me through the trying experience of being over an hour away from my home with a broke car.

Frank and his son are God's gift to my car. They are sufficient and reasonable. Will help you out if you can not afford to pay all up front. But maybe that's just me. I have known him for a long time. But they are so cool. Love them!!!

I have to stay I always dread going to any auto center for body work or repairs. A co worker referred me to Contra Costa Auto Service. Alex helped me out by setting an appointment day for me to drop off. They committed to repairing my car ASAP and exceeded my expectations. They weren't expensive at all, either. Highly recommend!!

Alex was super helpful giving me a detailed and honest report on a pre-inspection of a vehicle I wanted to buy. He went above and beyond and estimated the work that would need to be done, recommended me alternative options, and give me an overall guidance on my car search.
