All could have not been better. 90,000 mile tune up was easy. Really appreciate the ride to and from. Made doing this a lot easier. Nice people.

The manager Justin was informative and professional. He broke down each issue with my car and communicated with me throughout the repair process. I will be using Contra Costa Auto again and would refer my friends and family.

When it comes to my car I am a bit high maintenance. I also have a lofty expectation of service provided. I decided to take a chance after years of dealership service by a friends recommendation of Contra Costa Auto. I was a little hesitant but am now fully confident this is my auto shop for life. Twice I have been extremely satisfied with services rendered and highly recommend them to everyone based on their honesty, sense of pride & ownership of their work, transparent communication, value for price paid and genuine customer service.
