Hard to find shops that work on Mini Coopers. This shop did a excellent job of taking care of the mechanical issues I was having with the car. Quote was up front and accurate. Could not ask for any more.

My 2013 F-150 Platinum needed a new water pump. Work was completed in a day and out the door cost was as per the initial estimate. No additional hidden cost was applied. THAT'S what I like. Upfront and honest. We need more people in this world like Alex running these types of shops. Well done....thanks a bunch. I'll be back for future maintenance as per your recommendations.

This auto repair shop came highly recommended. I felt I was given an honest and accurate diagnosis of the issue without being overcharged. The issue was the fault of another Auto facility which is where I returned my car back to for repairs and even though Contra Costa Auto did not do the repair, I will definitely return for any future needs.

I give them 5 stars. I appreciate their service and their honesty. These days it’s very hard to find a auto shop that you can trust and not take you for granted and charge you an arm & a leg. I was recommended to them and I’m so glad I was. Brian was very upfront and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to them.

Excellent service. Took our vehicle in for work from recommendation from our neighbor. Had the vehicle towed in and next day knew what had happened. We added a few items to the list we wanted done. Original item and extra items were done in a couple of work days. Will have any future work done here.

Took a car here for a pre-purchase inspection. Worked with Alex and he was incredibly thorough and helped me nitpick at the car. After all was done I probably could have negotiated a few thousand off the price(incredible in this market), but I decided to pass. Really easy working with these people.
