I was send here By Carmax to assure the issue on my car Mitsubishi2019 regarding the glass. window (passenger side) mecanisim collapse and the extended warranty will cover this repair. Excellent shop with solid prices. Came in not only for general maintenance but a broken convertible roof mechanism as well. They quickly told me the work I had done previously with the dealer was shoddy so they took pictures and fixed it up for a good price. Took the pictures to the auto board and got all my money back from the dealer. Avoid Concord BMW and go to Contra Costa Auto instead to get honest work done.
