Contra Costa Auto Service: They are very honest and trust worthy business. Beyond good advice and fair prices they have a good turnaround time and will go to bat for their customers. I have had a couple issue with my 2011 Mini Cooper. The first issue they fixed at exactly half the price that Concord Mini quoted me ($800 rather than $1600). My most recent experience was even better. I brought my car in with another issue; Contra Costa Auto Service called me 30min later, explained the issue and informed me that this could be covered by an extended manufacturer’s warranty. Contra Costa Auto Service went to bat for me, called the dealer for me and saw to it that honored the terms of the warranty after they tried to get out of it.
