Contra Costa auto service

Very accommodating facility. They were courteous, efficient, and seem to be very good at their craft. I'm not sure how their fees/pricing compares with others in the area, but I watched how they treated all the other people who came in while I was there and they were consistently accommodating and courteous. I was impressed.

This is my first experience with CCAS and it was fabulous. Before I approved various options I was shown photos of the existing condition. No surprises. Also, the quoted cost of the options were clear and reasonable. But above all I appreciated the clean, comfortable waiting room, the free shuttle and the courtesy and good humor of every employee with whom I interacted.

I was referred here by a friend and I’m glad they did. They made this tune up so easy, and quick. I even paid through a text link they sent me. No hassle at all. My car was done in one day!
